1: The guy crossing the street is getting hit even when he is not supposed to be walking accross the street.

2: The guy is innocent.

3: A car running the red light, get's side slammed by on comming traffic that would have hit the guy anyways.

4: Both car's hit the innocent street crosser, while the one that looks as though he oughtah just be going threw light is going threw it illegally, while the guy is crossing the street by not paying attention.
