Opens tonight in LA - anybody going - post reviews here please - they didn't allow critics a sneak peek so it's all mystery whether this will be a good movie or not - sounds fun - let us know!

I heard that it doesn't end with the plane, that they plan to make more snake movies, like in your bed, etc.

None of the theatres here seem to have it today :( Was looking forward to seeing it.
To all the haters, come on... it's a B movie with Samuel L Jackson saying "get those motherfuckin snakes off my motherfuckin plane"... That's worth the cost of admission right there. |

My faveorite reviewer that is an expert on horror films saw it last night and said it wasn't very good but it wasn't very bad either. It just was what it was.

It will be interesting to see how many people go to see this movie. The only thing selling this movie is Samuel Jackson's 'mutha fuckn' plane' line. Pretty fucking..ahem...mutha fuckn' funny.

IMDB has a rating of 8.4 / 10 (1,500 votes), pretty amazing.. I thought this movie looked retarded, but imdb has never been wrong so I need to go see this... look at this dude who posted a comment:

Local paper gave it 4 stars. I'm psyched to see it. I'm bringing rubber snakes to throw around.

I don't know this...but I think that they tried something new. I think they hyped the movie and did the trailers to make the movie look stupid, but it's going to be a completely different movie than we all think it will be when it comes out.
If they did that, it's genius. If not and it's as stupid as it looks...all this promotion and Sam Jackson putting his name and face all over it will hopefully kill his career. |
