Looks good, even with all the banners. I would add a little more text assuring the customer information and the betting is secure, if it is.. and maybe a main centrally located "enter" butten

Uhm you do know the laws about aiding and abeding online sportsbooks for california right? You need a disclaimer + you can't use affiliations where you make percentages of wins/losses. Other than that the layout looks pretty sweet.
