The soul isn't something that is dormant and you magically activate once you lose your physical body. You focus your consciousness away from your physical body to your soul or total self or whatever you like to call it every time you sleep or for usually brief periods many times during the day.

So all LC or Sleazy would have to do to "stalk" you now is practice doing that until they can do it on demand. Your soul would be aware of their presence
but you wouldn't see them with your eyes unless they managed to materialize in front of your face, a much harder thing to do. They might be able to reboot your computer or flush your toilet though so watch out for those things.
