Hell, my GPS systems tell me I live in an area that "isn't available for turn by turn directions" (one keeps telling me I'm in Oklahoma until I drive to the top of my street), they JUST put my street on the Google map, it will be years before it's on Zillow ;)

its a little off.. there is a 5 acre estate down the street they said valued at 2M that place is 14,500 feet, brand new and just killer... based on my value per foot.. on my .30 acre lot that house should be AT LEASE... 4.35M |

yea I've been using zillow.com a lot lately. It's a very cool site and they have started adding in 3D views to some areas.

My place shows in the wrong corner of the block.
They also have all info about the house wrong, listed at half the actual square footage, missing 1 bath - 3 bedrooms and a family room. They missed the appraised value by 65k as well |
It's very cool. While the prices may not be exact all the time they give you a general idea of what to expect.

Hah, they have my house down as a 1000 sqft, it's 1700, the appraisel is 80k off by the appraisel I got 3 months ago
