I pretty much hate my life, and I want to do something betetr with it. can anyone offer some tips on making my life a bit more meaningful?

a good way to get out of this deep lonely depression i find myself in?

Go travel or move some place completely foreign. Learn a new language.

There is nothing like going to a third world country and volunteer to help the people or children/orphans there to wake one up on how blessed we are here in the U.S.A. Once you start helping others, you will not remember the troubles you have and will give you a whole new perspective in life.

maybe start training something, for example bodybuilding...

Not sure how seriously to take this thread... but if you're serious, I can share an AAAAmazing file with you- will truly broaden the scope of your life.

But it's not for everyone, so I won't post it. I believe its actually somewhat sacred, and definitely extremely powerful.
