I'm working on a site redesign and want to add cams.
Who's a good cam sponsor that converts?
Also, does it make sense to promote multiple cams or should I just stick to one?

I wouldn't promote more than one cam service on the same page. But I don't see why not promoting more than one cam site.

When you say "Converting 1:400" what does that mean? Is it 1 signup to 400 uniques that you send through? Is this a normal/average type of conversion ratio?

It means that I have one paying member for every 400 uniques (one person who earns me cash). And that is with the pay per signup program. For a cam sponsor that is pretty good. But try it out your selv. Se my sig for the link...
