There may be something you are leaving out here, but here are some possiblities...
"Save As" or right click "Save As".
If the quicktime movie is embedded in an html page, either change the extension to .mov and save as, or if that doesn't work, go to the View menu in your browser, select Source and look for the movie title (usually ends in .mov, so do a find ".mov", if you can't find it). Copy and paste the part after href= into your browser (after the domain name), then Save As.
If that doesn't work, contact the person you bought the video from.
