it has some unsignificant site at that domain , would you sell it ?

Sell it - that's a good amount of money for a PR0 gateway domain.

PR0 means it has no assigned PageRank value (Source: http://www.prchecker.info/check_page...rtyteacher.com) and "gateway domain" refers to the fact that it isn't actually a proper paysite - it's just a gateway to another paysite that you are an affiliate of.

I agree to a certain extent. If they offered you $1200 it's most likely much less than what they are actually willing to pay for it. I would counter with a little higher price of $1700 - $2000

What ever offer they come back with, assuming it's still greater than $1200 I would accept it.
