So I've been moving into an apartment for now, till my house sells, and today I had to move my 2 cats, they were pissed, damn cardboard boxes aren't going to be used again, they're toast! I did find they love Carlos Santana and hate Rob Zombie!! They're ok now, fed them and showed them the new place, they've been in my bedroom for an hour just staring out the window!

Cats hate change.

Give them the Santana-treatment regularly and let them adapt. I've heard that you should keep cats in your appartment for around 3 weeks when you move, so the cats know that this is their new home and learn the smell. Is that true?

Probably yes, because my friend's family moved and their cat ran away from the new house after a couple of days. He was a loved pet and it wasn't like him at all. Cats are weird creatures. :)

So yeah, Vendzilla, don't let them out of the apartment for a few weeks, just to make sure. :)

I just hope they use the new litter box!!!!!

UPDATE: they're doing better, they found the literbox, I opened the drapes on the patio window and they like to stare out that, I think they'll be ok.
