Looking for a fast mainstream web designer

Already have exact design sample, you just design something similar for me. You must be a quick and awesome designer! I just need 2-3 pages done (1 main page and 1-2 subpages).

Must be XHTML/CSS compliant

My budget is $200-$250

Nope, just 1 design that consists of 1 main page and generic subpages. Not different designs.

Anyways, I have found a designer. I will post again if I need one again in the future.
