Has anyone flown domestic in the last 2 days?
 

Just wondering if they are letting laptops on as carry-on or not

that would be crazy if not, probably would cause a major uproar in the media and masses. imagine yourself on a plane w/o laptop and ipod.

i've never sat next to anyone using a laptop. i'd be pissed i think

As little as only a few years ago, that wouldn't have been thought possible anyway...

Laptop usage on planes is nothing. For me, it's the only time I get to reorganize and clean out all my emails.

Now what's REALLY frustrating is sitting window seat after a couple beers and just as you're getting close to 30,000 feet and ready to run like mad to the restroom.... having some BITCH break out an entire collections of 50 million beads and fishing line so they can do fucking crafts and make jewelry etc... the worst.
