Ferrets are nuts...
 

... but methodical. I got Fizzgig and my son each a ferret for their birthdays this month.

Every time I let them out of their cage they go straight to the bathroom and poop on their newspaper (they're trained). Then they overturn the washroom wastebasket; after a thorough investigation they come out and overturn the one by my desk.
Once they've gone through that they proceed to investigate every nook and cranny of the office (starting with any new box or object in the room, but then they continue to check out everything as if they've never seen anything before in their lives).

I just caught one of them going through my lunch. He didn't eat it; I think he was just taking inventory.

:helpme I think one of them just flushed the toilet.

I loved my Ferret his name was elmo. He died about 10 year ago... :Oh crap

those are lab mice not farrets :thumbsup

I just sold mine last weekend. :( ...now i kinda miss him.

I used to have a couple of ferrets. I wondered how they managed to shit 5ft up the wall in the corner. Does anyone have the answer to this mystery???

I know, but when I heard about how methodical and intelligent these ferrets are, I just had to think of Pinky and Brain. :winkwink:

Nothing up on the wall so far. Besides, ours always use the litterbox or the newspaper.
