Some affiliate programs that are really bad...
 

Don't you hate it, when you login and last content update is stuff like x-mas sets, or just same FHG sets but with different design only?

Not updating is their own biz, but they lose lots of potential money :upsidedow

if they convert well they can have their content last updated at the stone age . the cash is what matters at the end

Some affiliate programs don't give a fuck about their affiliates.

Many programs convert well, so if there are nothing new to promote with for gallery makers, the galleries just fade out.

Namely BlacksOnBlondes, who haven't updated since the 1840s and don't bother replying to affiliate's questions.

They are hurting themselves when they don't care about their business. Just move on to the next ones. It's their loss, not yours. It's not like you have some right to their good work. If they screw it up, fuck'em. :thumbsup

I agree... to a point. I'm all for moving on - but i'd like them to delete my account and get rid of my details before i do.

the good thing about being an affiliate is that nearly every niche has an alternative and most have loads more alternatives, so if one sponser sucks - move on. like you say - its the program that loses

There are bad ones around but plenty of good ones also ;)

We update 6 days a week... Like 4000 pics and a bunch of videos every week for each site. Our tours are updated every week as well.

Do you need content? I'll getcha some ;)

Funny how we rarely see discussions about updates especially if the webmaster is promoting a site with a recurring model. Content should be the main concern when promoting any site. PPS with trials that pay on active OR basic recurring.
