So i get a email fromt his girl.

So anyway this is a not-for-profit site i run for local bar/club events in Rochester NY. The bars and clubs give us permission to take pictures, they even take the pictures and put them up on their sites as well.

Oh this is a 18+ bar as well. Aparently the girl is only 17 and used a fake ID to get into the bar.

waiting for the letter to arrive. A buddies father runs a service station and knows one of the local county judges. He says we've done everything right and we have nothing to worrie about, and if she did go through with it she could get in trouble for admitting to use a fake ID to get into a bar... which in NY fake ids are a big no no.

We get these emails about once a month. they just go on with their lifes.
Honestly we do remove them if they approach us with respect and not out of the gate i'm going to sue you if you don't remove my picture kicking and screaming the entire way. Actully one of the photographers has been threatened by her boyfriend now to be careful while they are out shooting.

At first we had no idea who the girl was till we asked some other girls if they knew this girls name and they went through and found her in our gallaries.

Wait!.. She doesn't have a whore tatoo on her ass? Yup, must be to young to get the ink LOL. Has she sent you ID or anything else to prove that itis even her mailing you, or is it just her BF pissed and mailing for her. Should be pretty simple to check her ID and see if she was indeed underage, and if so, nail her for illegally being in the Bar in the first place. Just take the picture/s down & move on.

Then send her an email letting her know that they were removed. Not because of her threat but simply because she want her pictures removed.

I learned the hard way about that kind of thing... When I split up with my ex-wife, I got some bad advice from a lawyer's secretary (through a family member) and lost custody of my son.

Pay for a lawyer or take the pictures down.

first of all me personally I would take it down because she is 17 regardless if she is nude or not... is your business going to fail because of that one girl? chances are no.. so take it down and save face.. then she will remember how good you treated her then when she turns 18 she will trust you more than anyone else.. so your in like flynn...

but on a real note.. take it down .. so what.. let the girl think she "smarted" you I mean she is 17 ... do we have proof she is 17 and not 18? I would never even take a pic "headshot" of a minor personally but thats just me...

You invested no money into those pictures. You have gained from her sweet 17 year old ass for 7 months at no cost to you. Take the pictures down, you don't want her running around causing trouble with the club. She isn't the one that will get in trouble for being underage, the club is, do them a favor.
