What's mean unrestriced bandwith on webair?Is that mean unlimited bandwith?

No it just means that your line isn't "capped" at 1meg or 10megs or whatever, you can use as much as you need to, so that your site will always load quickly for your visitors. Of course you'll have to pay for any bandwidth you use over the amount included in your plan.
