A technical issue last night caused some ePassporte card holders to experience difficulties sending p2p transfers.
The issue has been fixed and the card holders affected can again send p2p transfers.

It was a technical issue you should be able to send p2ps again.

that didnt effect me so I could care less, but if that was a temporary bug, then how come people were told on the phone, its a new policy ?

not that Im bitching, but epass needs to better instruct their call staff not to state an error in processing is a new policy. lol I had no issues, im just sayin.... :winkwink: If you keep call records those persons saying that really should be let go or severly reprimanded. It had the potential to really hurt your company. Not good not good lol.

Awesome, was a litttle worried.

Biggest problem of Epassporte are not the cheaters, but the way they handle there clients. There non information policy and chitty costumer care will kill them. Only competition will make them be more alert on those issues.
