I have to say that Epassporte was always good service for me!
 

Well i have to couse they are,i use them for last 2 years,and never had any problem... yeah they blocked my account when i had more then 5k on it(wich is quite normal and in their TOS),but once i simply called and verify it problem was solved and now i don't have any limits... not to mention Keyser over ICQ :)
Can't say anything bad really...
So i give my vote to EPASSPORTE,saved me many times when i was in other countries and missed some cash when i spent all on party :thumbsup

I've been lucky as well.. no issues for the past 3 or 4 years..whenever they went live. They even rised my minimum withdrawal amount in 2003 in a day without any documents when I was in internext after my maid robbed me and I had to get cash out quick.. I'm still pleased at that. :)

that is fucked up i was left high and dry on vacation with no money and no help , you certainly had some help from kk , took me dozens of calls at my expense , several faxes , and about a week, they wouldnt even let me put my dinner on it ( i was out at dinner when my charge got declined )
