Is anyone else getting an error when they try to transfer money?

"You do may make any transfers until you have a verified load mechanism."

I cant quite work that one out although Im suspecting its just a glitch.

No I didnt know it was a requirement and it certainly hasnt been in the past. the past being up until about 4 or 5 hours ago.

Since when was that? I transferred money earlier today without any problems. I dont particularly want to add a card to the account as I never load the account myself.

Maybe they are having a database problem? Wouldnt be the first time... sure wouldnt be the last...

Thats what Im hoping. It seems feasible with the Engrish reason as was pointed out above.

I'm getting an internal error uppon logging in epass right now

does this mean the card won't work either? Can anyone verify? $1 charge somewhere..
