does anyone ever work in this business?
 

I'm on like 12 hours a day and hardly ever see some of my program reps online...they never seem to be on when I have a problem

maybe thats because they are working and not bullshitting on boards

most reps are there - just icq or mail

just because they dont post on gfy doesnt mean they arent available

nope.. i never work.. just do things right the first time! lol

or have someone else do it *thumbs*

I've been on all day. I'm usually available for the most part of every weekday, plus weekends here or there. And I do answer email daily.

if they are "working" they should be online helping me since thats their job
