i have been cleaned out
 

i woke up this morning to a phone call from my bank saying they had closed my accounts because of apparent fraud. so i stumble out of bed & up to the bank, and sure enough, someone has been kind enough to use my debit card and clean me out. literally. there was about $12 left in my account.

of course the bank will get all my money back, but itll take days, possibly weeks, because they investigate each charge separately. meanwhile i have that $12 and about $19 in my wallet. *sigh*

a funny twist tho...whoever did this, ordered pizza delivery from pizza hut. i called pizza hut, and they are gonna get me the phone & address that it was delivered to. :)

anyone feel like making a road trip to kick some ass?

Credit card limits suck, i was at Pure Gold in Atlanta (the one that got shut down for mob connections) like 2 week before it got shut down. I was about to pay $1,000 to join the vip club & get my dick sucked...but my credit card didn't allow charges of $1,000 or more unless i called up & approved it. And you had to approve it during the day, so there i was, with abunch of italians pissed off because i couldn't cough up the grand with my card. It was scary :)

Fuck Visa, especially First Financial, i was going to get my whistle blown :(

I had the exact same thing happen to me two years ago. they didn't clean me out but they ran up a few hundred dollars in Pizza Hut charges.

I called the pizza hut that was charging my card and they were worthless fucks when it came to info.

My guess was it was someone working there, ringing up fake charges and then taking the equal amount in cash from the till. probably the same person i talked to when i asked them what the fuck was going on.

The bank refunded my money but that was the last I ever heard of it.

No big deal but a pain in the ass. Had to cancel my card wait 2 weeks for anew one all that shit.

Someone got into my paypal account and tried to steal $4,500 from me, but I didn't have it. Then they tried $2,500 but I didnt have it.
They tried a few more times, I think down to $100, but I didn't have it.

It's pretty funny that they tried to take money and I didnt have any to take so they left :)

hey dawgy icq me, i have some people in TX who will rectify your problem....

*pets his debit card* yeah, $1000/day limit can be a pain once every 2 or 3 years, but it's worth it. :) hell, i could live with $250/day so long as i could still get cash from the ATM to supplement it if necessary.

That sucks Dawgy. As soon as they get your money back make sure you get a credit card with a low limit, no more than $500 and only use that for all your net transactions.

but you can use certified cheques from your bank, etc., and when the cheque is drawn in the name of the bank, they are fucking the bank if they choose to fuck you, and thats a big no no

it's not smart to have a visa / mastercard *chequeing* card with a $5000 limit either

because that is taking your liquid cash. anyone who has $5k limit on a chequeing / debit card needs their head checked :)

i have these peoples addresses & phone numbers, i know their names, what kinda car they drive, where they work, and even what kind of pizzas they ordered.

you should have seen the look on the bank lady's face when i walked in & told her the guys name & phone number and what kinda pizza he ordered... they were so impressed with my detective skillz that they are fronting me some cash. haha

dont worry bout the paypal thing but that was a nice offer. u guys are great :)

i called the cops in newport news, va and they are sending someone over as i type this to make an arrest or two.

quiet, yeah i have other accounts, but ive spent most of my savings & earnings from this biz investing in a computer store, so i am VERY low on capital right now. a lot lower than i should be, i admit. and ive learned a hard lesson about not saving enough, cuz june is sucking ass for me in the adult biz... but ill survive.

as for my limit, i had a high limit because we order a lot of computer parts on a daily basis.

an interesting side note, it is now believed that someone working at one of my computer parts suppliers is selling or giving out credit card numbers on the net... when i find out which supplier, ill post their info and trust me, they will go bankrupt and all be put in jail.
