Well than they are psychic. The suit was filed by the FTC against moviepass.tv and all their affiliated companies, corporations, shells, etc, 48 hours ago.

2. How It Works

Is this the program that skinned GFY and everyone went nuts? It was a huge ordeal. They paid out $0.XX per install, lots of sponsors were using them and many had claimed it was spyware while the sponsors protested that it wasn't.

alot of sponsors used them kind of third party by trading exit traffic or selling exit traffic...

I pretty much figured it was promoted primarily through exits and/or upsells... I just wanted to know which programs would willingly support something like this. I would think any reputable program would do at least a little research on a product or sponsor before they start promoting, especially if it was a new company or program such as moviepass.tv.
