Ok, last week, I tried opening an account with them. So I enter all the info, then credit card. Then they tell me that they take an amount of my card, and have to call my bank to tell them the amount for verification. I do all that, then when I come back, put everything and press enter, it tells me, This credit card is suspensed or blocked or whatever. WTF??
I use this card everywhere, paypal, online, registrars, shopping, never had a single problem. Anyways, they give me an email address to contact them. I wrote them what the problem was and all.
And now its been something like 6 days, and still now answer! What the fuck is this? How many business days does it take to answer an email? Anyone else had these kind of problem??
And no, I won't call to be on hold for 20 minutes.
I dont really need epass, i just thought it would be nice to have an additional online payment account, seems like they don't give a shit.
