From register to #1 in google in 3 days!
 

So I register this cool domain, I make a WP blog, link to it from other blogs, make 10 posts in 3 days, and BAM! It's up there in the #1 spot for my keywords (no real competition for it, I know, but still 49k results).

Is google indexing this fast for everyone, or am I the special one? :winkwink:

I have noticed that Google is catching and listing sites very fast in the last 2-3 weeks.

Are you sure people are searching for your such special KW? What are the stats for that? How many visitors/day do you have?

I had the same thing happen last week....I registered a domain, threw up some links and did some other tweaking plugin shit to the wordpress backend, made some posts, and was up in google with 24 pages indexed within 3 days

I think they are catching everything coz I had similar experience with some of my galleries and free sites.

There is nothing special about it. Google gives boost to new sites just to see whether or not they'll get as much as possible organic inbound links... It'll stay there probably until the next data refresh which should happen very soon, and then you'll probably experience sandbox effect...and your site will vanish from SERPs and you'll lose 1st place... I know, this happens very very often especially with new domains.
