Yeah, the US has a large oil reserve that is supposed to be released strategically in times of peril/war, etc. He decided to release some of the oil to alleviate fears of $4.00 a gallon gasoline in the US. Roughly 10% of the oil the US gets is from the Alaskan pipelines so it no doubt would have jumped to nearly 4 bucks a gallon if he hadn't released the reserves because of fear alone.

there is a guy in my city right now running thru all the gas station signs like that...pulls up in his car jumps out and runs face first thru the shit....circlek gets their sign fixed and less than an hour later he came back and did it again......
