Which sites offer turnkey designs ? The type where text can be changed easily, and you shop for a design.

Note: I'm not looking for any of the Turnkey programs, just designs only, ready-to-buy.

Was it one of the content companies that were offering a design when you buy content ? Or offering a content+design package ?

However, I was just looking for designs.

Found a cool place with premade sites at ZIPSITES.COM but I can't get them to reply to me. I've been trying to buy their stuff but no luck getting a reply.

Anyone know of any other places like that who sell premade sites ? I don't want "Turnkey" and I don't want a site that isn't already designed. Zipsites has the right idea.

Hi all. Thought I'd pop in here an introduce myself (though some of you may know me from Xbiz).

I own Zip Sites. This post about my company was brought to my attention today and got me to thinking that I needed to get that site finished!

Site really looks good.. can't find the Pre-Made sites tho. Been awhile since I revisited this so thought I'd check again in case anyone was selling site designs already finished.

what I don't get is why you need a premade site instead of something customized for your needs. Or how wide are your expectactions to find exactly what you need (it's like you need almost anything) to fill it with your content, which needs to be in the exact niche and so on and so on. I'm really lost here

I have a lot of domains, and want to get some kind of content on a lot of them. I've been doing this a little bit at a time.

premade sites would save me time; shopping for content, consulting with designer, wasting designers time.

I'm open to one-page tours, 3-page tours, tgp gallery templates, whatever.. but I don't really want to work with something templated that gets sold to a lot of other webmasters at the same time either.

Something like that anyway.

Diamond Jim those look great. Do I have to use a back-end supplied by you or can I take the package, add my own processing and run with it ?

A lot of the turnkey systems I've looked at want to give you a tour but you have to use their back-end members area and split the profit with them.

Yep, they are ready to go and you can do whatever you want with them....

It's not on that site but also available are full turnkey webmaster programs, complete with affiliate software, etc....the best part of the affiliate software (in my opinion) is that we control the count scripting as a 3rd party (think advanced click-thru-calvin)...the target market for that is not a big program that needs to "adjust" sales sometimes...it's made more for partnership programs that don't need that kind of control, but want more power over the link codes they give to their webmasters...

ie, a ccbill based partnership program could use the software and use link codes like www.sitename.com/?webmaster instead of the ugly ccbill link code....and then if they ever needed to change processing for any reason (or have backup processors) they wouldn't need to change all their link codes, etc...and it works with all major processors, dynamic joinpages to change out processors on the fly, etc...all the stuff a serious program needs, but without the expense and hassle. Monthly plans starting cheap to lease the software for beginners... ;)
