error connecting to the database has NOTHING to do with paying a bandwidth bill, it usually means that there are thousands of people trying to access the same database all at once and some won't be able to

considering they do about 1.3 million page views a day, and they are just styill in beta, i think people can deal with refreshing a few times...hahah

2 person hobby site? try a site that was built and funded by one of the largest VOD/streaming video sites on the net

The site is almost the biggest porn site on the net. Of course you are going to run into some DB problems as growth wasn't expected as fast as isn't happened.

so who owns it then? And youre right sql base cant connect means different stuff then BW still its a server issue basically too many queries meaning server cant cope meaning they gotta upgrade meaning itll cost big time
