Seems like just another gadget, nothing earth changing there.

Now if it had a phone, and played games then we would have something great.

Nice gadget, if it'll support AIM, MSN and ICQ as well I'm sold. Excellent messaging device then. Skype turns it into something close to a phone.

my blackberry does pretty much all that and is a phone

Its called sidekick 3 ;) Well sk3 isnt wifi, but I can make cell phone calls on it. Would be nice to have a sip phone feature on it though. I have a Linksys wifi wip330 for that though.

Ive got a SK2, had a regular smartphone, gotta say a SK is nice. Not sure if Im buying the SK3 cause keys are less, BT is nice though.

Yeah voip wifi phones are cool, I need to get one, got voip here too, so hows that LS? Cause I had a LS router and it sucked balls.

Its really good. Since most of the wifi phones are really first generation I expect a lot more out of them soon. Has a web browser on it, but the navigation is terrible really. Id only use it in an emergency, or if I was really bored. The volume on the earpiece could be a little louder for my tastes, but its not bad.

Oh with the sk3 the keys are excellent. I saw some compain because they are plastic instead of rubber now, but I can type about 30 or 40 wpm on it, a normal keyboard I do 70, so considering im only using my thumbs thats pretty good. A big thing with the keyboard is you have to keep your thumbnails really short. Only thing the sk3 is lacking, is video ability. If I could watch movies on it, it would be the cats meow. :winkwink:

Not sure if theyre gonna release the SK3 here, what id really like is longer batterylife cause thats like 3 days max on mine. Cant replace the battery either as far as I know. And with the SK3 you can right?
