Strong Box problems dealing with Ray M.
 

Does anyone know what's going on with Ray from Strong Box? We paid him on July 19th $700 to install Strong Box on 10 of our sites and he did the install on 2 then we waited and waited and I kept sending him emails asking what?s going on and finally I get an email from him saying he'll get right on it and this was 3 days ago. Still waiting...

anyone having problems like this with him? I just find it odd since he had such a good reputation on here and this was the primary reason we chose Strong Box... was because of what I read about it on here. Now to think the guys flaked on us with our $700 really worries me. :mad:

Never had a problem with him - did you go on his board or call his number? It's usually faster that way.

Never had any problems with him either. The guy was fast and did a great job for me.

He did a good job on ours, but his support response time isn't as good as I'd hoped.

Then again nothing can match the CS I get from phatservers... so I'm used to something outrageously good. (see sig).

Yeah, there must be something wrong..His support was always swift and profi.

he got our stuff taken care of very quickly and answered all our emails.

I've worked with Ray since around 2000 and never had a prob..

If I want something done I call him from here in the UK.. And Wham Bam Thank You Ray :)

The guy is so fast and good at what he does, that I know deep down inside that he gets annoyed with me cause I dont know all the lingo. lol I dont think you will have any problems with Ray. If anything, I hope he is OK.
