Of course, if you spend alot on phone service, you should probably itemize and not take the standard deduction. You can file a form for refund of excise taxes and specify the exact amont.

The cute part of it is they are keeping about 90 years worth of the illegal revenue. I think they should have to refund it all right back to the first day of the fraud. Shouldnt be no statute of limitations when it comes to the goverment stealing the citizen's money.
