Greetings from Sturgis, SD
 

There really isn't anything like being surrounded by 600-700,000 biker. The roar of Harley-Davidson's constantly in the background, everywhere you look there are bikes coming and going or parked en masse. It is great.

Met up with fr0gman and his wife, so we have been hanging out yesterday and I think we will be riding out to Deadwood today.

All in all, a great time. if you ever get the chance, you should check it out.

Hey baddog, hope to be there next year, got a house for sale and I'm going to buy a harley when it sells, probably the RoadKing, I like the classic look of it. Joe Fredricks is there somewhere!

Don't worry, Baddog will see enough of that during his stay in Sturgis to make up for all of us.

live in myrtle beach.. bike week 3 times a year here man..

fuckin drives me nuts.. they wreck the beach, totaly fuck traffic.. have no regard for pretty much anyone who isnt on a bike..

dont get me wrong.. i have a blast.. but its a fuckin ordeal..

i had such a goodtime there last year, your gonna have a blast. See you Saturday and travel safe :)

Sturgis is a blast from what i hear

if you happen to meet a 20 something guy named dale from omaha there, buy him a beer for me. he's having a tough time with his girl.

700k bikes? That's fucking amazing

I am more inclined to meet a 20 something chick than a 20 something guy.

I will be home Friday or Saturday, and will have a few hundred pics to share, no worries.

It is pretty fucking crowded. This town isn't built for that much traffic. The entire state only has 750k residents usually.

We have been pretty lucky as far as lines go. Even at breakfast today I was told 10-15 minutes, and it was more like 2.

As much as I would like to go, I hate big crowds like that and I cant stand line ups.:winkwink:

that is why I left when I did . . . more crowded than LA, and I can't split lanes . . .plus a lot of weekend warriors . . . too dangerous for my taste
