Is Osama bin Laden really winning a war?
I'm not going to claim to be a know it all on all the events surrounding 9/11 and the conspiracy theories etc. Seems to me though that I remember a speech that was aired in the western media where a big part of Osama's problem was that the infidels weren't paying enough for the precious oil of Islamic/Arab countries. He felt that the fair price would be over $100 a barrel.
It seems that goal is becoming reality. As far as the agendas of the oil companies and other countries including the US, got me on which theory is correct? With all the resources of the US, it doesn't seem to plausible that he wasn't caught by the Bush administration by now if they really wanted him. Maybe some of their goals are the same?? OR maybe Osama on the loose serves some purpose? |

I believe they will get him before the elections and will be interesting to see how it plays out. For all we know they might allready have him.

The war on oil. Never, dubya would never lose. Osama is a complete failure who needs his SAG card renewed.

That being said I am pretty impressed with Osama. He's a real-life Lex Luthor. |
If the Osama shit was played out in front of a jury in a courtroom and Pandoras box was opened to display all "associations" between the CIA, the US Admin, Saudi, US arms suppliers and "contractors" working for the US govt - together with bin Laden and friends of bin Laden - who knows, but sure smells of a very unhealthy relationship between them all.
One day there may be more transparency :) Sure pussyluver - of course they would have "found" Osama if they wanted. By the law of averages and considering numerous intelligence services "supposed" to be hunting him - it's getting incredible he has never been found. |

Seems very ironic that our government is so close to the Saudi governement. I think most people over there would sooner kill us for the most part from what I can tell from media reports. |

Who will be our Superman? Bush? |

You seriously think the Saudis would prefer to kill ya?? :winkwink: Na :) You might by *very* suprised - they are generally OK people and very hospitable despite the bullshit that is spread about them and they sure don't mean any harm. Used to know a Saudi princess who wanted to open up sex stores in Saudi, - but it was considered by others as "inappropriate" - just their culture stuff :winkwink: She was an OK girl and very generous to everyone. Media reports are absolute shit man - to an unbelievable level. |

Man.. you will find some obscure, and not so obscure, extremist bullshit in every society. I've never ever met *anyone*, whether from Saudi or elsewhere who was ever taught anything about hating "Americans" or anyone else - if they did, they'd prob be laughed at. Overall they basically have more relevant shit to do and the introduction of the use of the word "hate" is not even on their agenda. They are not one bit different to you or I - it's the same the world over :) If anything, and it's only my :2 cents: - there is far more preoccupation with other people, and an element of what could be regarded as "hate", coming from the Americas, than that other way around. Europe and most of the rest of the world don't give a shit. Who knows - I sure don't and given up - it may have to do with what is fed in media or wherever. What you may find on odd rare occasions is a smile or eyeroll at the absurdity of some shit that goes on in the American continent, but that's kinda universal and not a hate thing. (Kinda like your Joe Camel reference - that would raise a smile cos it's far from an overall picture.) Bottom line PL - can tell ya 100% man that if people actually read what was being said/claimed about them on places like GFY - they'd be utterly stunned, shocked and most likely offended. I can think of a good number of very open, good-meaning, hospitable and generous people who would be wondering what planet they were just dumped on if they saw the "views" expressed about em on GFY. There is a massive communication void someplace - smell it's media content related :) PS Re references to others being stunned and shocked - that's not just in Saudi, but think other folks would be amazed of the "image" they have - it's far from accurate. |
