Best Treatments/Methods For Clear Skin

The past few months i've started to get some mild spots/acne, which i haven't had for ages. Getting a pain in the ass.

I've been told drinking lots of water, eating fruit etc helps clear up things, but whats fact and fiction ??

Also everytime i do a wetshave now, i break out in a rash around the area i've shaved.

What do you do to keep yourself looking good ?? :winkwink:

You can use Dead Sea products. They got amazing things for skin.
The main company who makes it called Ahava, israelian company, you can try out the mud and make it every 2 days for 2 weeks.Your skin will thank you for that :)

For feeling/looking good I drink a lot of green tea, eat light food and smoke a little of marijuana, latter is more for the feeling lol :)

Scott I have the same problem, I have tried every cream you can get. Nothing ever worked.

Drinking tons of water is the only thing that works. The best time is in the morning. Force yourself to drink 2 liters. Then do it agian in the afternoon.

Try that for a month straight and you will see great results.

A facial a day keeps the spots/acne away!

Haha that is sort of what my friend's mom told her daughter. :helpme

Anyway, Scott, I have started using Vichy Normaderm products a few months ago. Apart from now (flying, airconditioning, aren't good for my skin) it has been really clear. But... I don't know if they have it where you are. Pradaboy, in NL you can get it at the pharmacy.

There is a INVISIBLE FACIAL GEL from Johnson & Johnson (Clear & CLean) that comes in a small tube. It`s GREAT! Apply 2 times a day for a week and you will see the difference. The best part... it`s invisible and for all kind of skins.

And eat some A, B5, C -and E-vitamine, + Beta-carotene

- any tea tree facial wash (morning, night, no more)
- tea tree shampoo
- healthy teeth (gum problems will leak into your pillow and cause spots)
- healthy and non-greasy diet
- plenty of sunlight

Those are off the top of my head. Wifey is a health nut.

I don't have an acne problem but see commercials for Proactiv Solution all of the time.

wash your face at least twice a day. I like Neutrogena Clean & Clear (had an ex-girlfriend that emphasized face wash is in fact different than just washing your face with the same bar of soap you use in your ass crack in the shower).

I also found out that I break out more when I am smoking cigarettes.

Water and sunlight are good for everything. Go outside. Get some exercise :winkwink:

This can solve your problem...

Eat healthy, drink healthy.

Expose your skin to the sun while you can, this is also very important for us webmasters. I think the main reason computer "nerds" get acne is because of lack of fresh air and sun.

Neutrogena works...Just stay away from proactive, I heard it makes acne worse and makes skin discolor.
