Pussycash signups not counting?
 

Wondering if it's just me...

We've had at least three people sign up for imlive accounts through our links, and for some reason are not seeing anything from it. Like, people have said 'Ok I'm signing up...I'm buying credit, ok, I'm scheduled for tomorrow!' and we see the link click itself counted, but the 'total earnings' for the day stays at '$0'.

This is very saddening. This link has counted signups in the past, too, so I know it's not the link!

Has anyone else had this problem? I've been poking their help people, but they seem to be idle.

I'm not accusing, just wondering if something went screwy. I don't know what screenshots would show you...five clicks on a link and no payout? That really isn't unusual.

But three or four of those clicks then resulted in someone scheduling and receiving a show, and that can't happen without a signup, correct?

Each click is the result of someone I was personally speaking with. Of the handful there, at least three of those people (two on Friday, not clear on Saturday, one just last night) said 'ok, I am signing up! Now I am buying credit!' and then scheduled cam shows with the person we are promoting, which we saw scheduled.

Once I can assume someone was just being stupid, but after a few times I think perhaps something broke. I'm wondering...is it just me? Or, has this happened to someone else?

More 'This link worked last week and now it isn't, has this happened to anyone else/am I doing something wrong/am I perhaps missing something I can fix on my end?' with a bit of background information so you're not looking at numbers and going 'well, you're sending them no traffic, duh'.

Usually they'll get back to me on ICQ within an hour or so, but it's been about a day now so I thought I'd send out a general query.

I was hoping it wasn't something totally on my end and someone could pipe up with 'Oh, right, once that happened to me and it was because I accidentally...' and I could just...fix it. Without having to wait for everyone to get back and settled into their offices.

you do know theirs delays with signups not including hits and such with most sponsers dont you.

If you are the "preformer" and you have affiliate links so you earn both as the preformer, and the webmaster?

If you are the preformer, I dont think it will show you any credit before they spend the credit on your shows.

Yeah, I don't think you get credited until they end up actually spending money on a show.

People IM us expressing interest in the girl we're promoting. We give them a link to her profile/signup page. We see the 'total clicks' number go up by one. They say they're signing up. We see...nothing on the signup page. They say 'Ok, I'm scheduled for <blah> time, this looks awesome!'. We see their scheduled show. We see nothing on the signup page.

So, I'm wondering if the link I am using is somehow screwy, or if I am linking to the wrong thing now, or what. I don't think Pussycash is trying to screw us out of anything. I'm getting the impression it's totally me, which is good, now I know, though I'm not sure how to fix it.

Obviously, I am fairly new to the industry, which is why I'm asking these questions in the first place. Given that, I am well aware the possibility of me making a mistake is pretty high, so while their support team is afk due to industry stuff (understandable), I figured I'd make sure it was something totally on my end, or a recent problem, or what.

1. Yes, I know there's a 15 minute delay. I'd thought of that, but this is like, two days later. So.

2. No, I am not the performer. I'm not making signup fees /and/ show money. I discussed promoting our girl with someone in support before doing so.

There are no problem in the sites,
We have thousands of registered webmasters that are working and are very happy.
Any webmaster that wants can do a Test signup and check that it works, if you do a test signup just let us know right after you do it that we will deduct that signup from your account and not consider it as Fraud.
