I dont get it. That domain could be worth a lot, not 15 mil, but certainly a few millions. But with the current state of it and its current content, it will never be anything big. Thats one of the most prestigious domains out there after sex.com, yet the alexa is pathetic. If I had that domain, I'd be making millions in a few months.

I bought one of the best New York real estate domains for only X,XXX and it should easily sell for XX,XXX if undeveloped. I might develop it since it would really increase the value of the property. Its like the difference between owning land, or land+building.
