You are a *fool* if you sell this for less than 250k. If I had 50K I'd jump on this domain with no hesitation. Dont be stupid, and take your time. Hold this domain till you find the right buyer.
You'll sell this for 50K, next thing you hear is the buyer is trying to sell it if for 7 figures. Dont be in a hurry, and wait a couple months if needed to sell it. Spend a couple thousands to advertise it to high profile places and ads, and wait.
