I've been smoking for 20 years - at least 20 per day without even trying to stop - and now I stopped!

It feels really GOOD! :thumbsup :thumbsup :thumbsup

First time I stopped, I got hooked again a year later, during a party.

Have stopped again, and am smoke free for the past 10 years. Feels ans smells better ...

7 weeks since i quite smoking , was a 20 a day smoker , quit cold turkey ,been around other smokers haven't had the temptation to light up
