Remote phone dialing??

Lets say you have a phone line in your house, just sitting there..

is there anything u can do or install so that you can remotely use another phone and place calls WITH YOUR HOME PHONE??

why im saying this is cuz i got unlimited intl calling on one of my house lines and i would love to be able to use it remotely.. is this possble
