Supermicro AMD Opteorn 175 (2x 2.2GHz)
4Gb DDR Ram
2x 160 Gb SATA with hardware raid card

what kind of content you plan on serving from it ?

Its for:

Site 1: 300k unq/daily (php/mysql)
Site 2: 100k unq/daily (php/mysql)

Paysite: 30k unq/daily (static)

Right now all 3 are on diff servers. I want to put them all on one.

that really depends on the scripts you're using and how its tweaked.
I would recomment you get a freebsd, put the harddisks in raid-1
Have two web servers on it, one for static and one for scripts.
Having that the server should be alright.

For those 3 sites on the same server, I would strongly suggest good SCSI drives over ATA drives (much better throughput!). If the budget allows, keep a secondary server as a fail-safe roll over, with lots of backups (the old don't keep all your eggs in one basket rule). The SuperMicro based motherboard certainly gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling. They make kick-ass server-grade hardware. :)
