Is there a way to convert a flash file into a movie format?

I have both the swf's as well as the SWI (using swish 1.5)

want to convert my final flash movies into avi, mpg formats

HELP!

export the movie in flash.... you can choose your output settings....

i use swish (simplfied version of Flash) all i can do is export to SWF, I need to figre out how to convert the SWF file to a movie format like AVI or MPG

it can be done but you'll need macromedia Flash :thumbsup

nope. don't need flash at all ;)

First I hit google, to see what was there for swf - avi converters, but I found over 3 million responces :( so I was hoping someone here used a similar program thay could recomend to me, after hunting through a bunch of flash type message fourms i found one program that kept popping up in posts like mine....
