arles but it doesnt do the subfolders :( Im glad it doesnt with my setup.

acdsee or irfanview have good batch resize / rename tools

irfanview is very simple if you don't want to learn CS2

get superjpg or arles

goole for them and you'll be batching in no-time :-)

CS2 rocks, set up a action and then you automate batch and away you go...

If you need somethng for Winblowz do a search for Eyebatch, the only batch photo processing program you'll ever need.

If you're on a far superior Mac ;) , search for EasyBatchPhoto

How about JASC ImageRobot?

I've been doing it with photoshop actions too.. thanks for the gret links and some freebies are always good like the ones here
