acdsee or irfanview have good batch resize / rename tools

irfanview is very simple if you don't want to learn CS2

If you need somethng for Winblowz do a search for Eyebatch, the only batch photo processing program you'll ever need. If you're on a far superior Mac ;) , search for EasyBatchPhoto |
