getting ddossed
yup and when i goto webair for atleast some help the crackhead of a tech says everything is alright with the virtual server i guess they are just targeting you
oh and FUCK YOU WEBAIR |
webair fucking suck.
anyone who puts their business in webair's hands is a moron go with www.phatservers.net - they acctualy know what they are doing |
i am pinging smutx.net fine here.
|
webair rocks, but they're not specialized in ddos protection... why are you getting nailed anyway?
|
smutx.net is down for me on the web - not tried to ping
|
no one is really specilized in ddos protection, if you are getting hit hard. most datacenters just null route the ip until it stops. espcially if they dont hit your site direct. they could be hammering a router and fucking up a bunch of crap
|
webair are not specialized in anything it seems
they fucking suck. |
Site is loading now. Wasn't before.. but seems to be back.
|
theres so many ips doing something my stats are going up in the thousands every 5 minutes

lol that's not ddos... :1orglaugh
|
ya i know a bunch of asian forums, that have the traffic of thehun, if your shit gets linked and if your host cant handle it, it feels like a ddos attack

so if its not a ddos tell me what it is :thumbsup |

Could be alot of asians running through proxies. I have had that happen a couple times lol.

sorry dude, ill stop.
|
|
i figured it out now .... if anyone wants the traffic hit me up
the asians were using a script i had setup on a different domain and they totally raped it .... about 600 gigs worth... i found out today no thanks to webair i owe webair about 300$ in over usage fees so if anyone is interested in the traffic hit me up |

Sorry, not true. There are functions within router that experienced network technicians can do, one for cisco im sure of when i played with routers and switches is "Port Storm Control". Many datacenters can stop DDoS. Depends on the knowledge and knowhow of the team that works for them. Most just find it easier to null route out of pure lazyness. |
