Active ingredient is hoodia, which curbs appetite.

I took it for a month, it did it's job, hoodia that is, not trimspa.

You are better off eating 5 to 6 meals a day and excercising.

I don't want to knock it too much if it works for you, but TrimSpa is basically fiber and caffeine. The caffeine heats the body and the fiber makes you feel full. You get the same result from a cup of coffee and some oatmeal in the morning. Although I don't think it's worth the money they charge, if it works for you, more power to you.

I still feel Ephedrine stack is the best supplement to losing weight.

You can still buy ephedrine legally.

Yeah, I sort of got used to the jitters after awhile and they subsided. I actually went to an every other day, then to a every 3rd day approach with it until I felt comfortable. The best part about that stuff is it just killed any appetite you had at all.

The problem with these diet products is that they only work short-term (unless you plan to use them long term, but then, long term effects of taking them are not available if the product is new).
If you have lost your weight using that product, you need a maintenance strategy or else you'll just regain your weight because you'll switch back to your old eating habits which caused your weight problem in the first place. Therefore the only long term strategy that can possibly work is to work on your eating habits. It helps to start small. Consistency is key here.
Try small things that aren't too hard to do, but that have quite some effect if done consistently.
For example: eat only fruit for breakfast or: always have a bottle of cold water in reach next to your pc. Go jogging for half an hour after you wake up.

You can easitly master all these habits within a year. And then you'll have no more weight problems ever. Think about it.

Erase the root of the problem and the problem will disappear. :thumbsup

The point here is to start small, pick one good habit and practice it. Over time you'll get used to it and at some point it'll feel weird if you don't do it. Then you can start with a new habit to implement. Don't overdo it. But do it.

You can lose weight with diets and diet products, but long term results demand long term commitment.

Just my :2 cents:

I'm not down with ephedrine.
It's just not the same.
