Starting to wonder if this is a garage based operation..

Absolutely no data from sales, can't even get an email sent if someone ordered something, heaven forbid I log into the admin panel and can figure anything how... God forbid I have a customer billing problem, I could'nt help them.. there aint even a webmaster refund option lol

And now to top it off your web page don't even load

We just updated(as in the last 5 mins) our site with some critical security 'patches'.

Good timing i suppose here, the site may have been unavailable for a total of 2 minutes max whilst files FTP was in progress.

I am not quite sure what you mean by 'no data from sales' - Every single transaction is available real time in reports, by date, by product, by 'reseller' etc?
Also there are options whether you wish to be notified upon EACH sale, aggregated daily or weekly (or not at all)
