To begin with, why the hell do you want a horse in your tour? is it some kind of artistic symbolism ?

there is only one object to a tour, and that is to sell memberships. The horse is a distracting element, weed it out and you'd be on your way...

Also, look at the page, it's dark as hell, you need to choose on a color scheme and go with it, balancing the final global tonality, you don't want it too dark or too bright, but something that feels comfortable to the surfer...

also, try to think in terms of flow, where do you want a surfer to click? then you have to make that spot stand out for them...

some friendly advice,

Surf paysite tours, as many as you can, if you're an affiliate, look for the ones that do best for you, they are converting for some reason, you have to find out why, then test it to see if that works, and then apply it to your designs.

Now, go back to the drawing board with this site, do it all over, change your color scheme, in a week, you'll have a much better tour, if it still isn't that good, then rinse and repeat until you're sure that you like what you see...

i dont know why that horse is there, but i didnt even notice it at first. if someone sees a horse they might leave right away because they could possibly think its beastiality site. you should also work on your text more to have it so they see what you want them to see right away. you dont want them to have to concentrate to read the text you have on there.

way too dark.. too square.. too many dividing lines.

Make it look less boxy, lighten it up a bit. :2 cents:
