Anybody seen that domain registrator changed DNS records without your permission?

I mean, if someone complained to your domain because of something and domain registrator (e.g. GoDaddy) changed yours DNS without your permission to:

NS1.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM
NS2.SUSPENDED-FOR.SPAM-AND-ABUSE.COM

An example is here:
who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?domain=foroerotico.com

Anybody seen this? Any clue why and what are their rules for this? GoDaddy isn't able to give satisfying reply...

Thx.

Do they have evidence? GoDaddy usually doesn't suspend unless they have valid evidence.

Ask for their legal department.

Re:

It's quite dangerous to be dependent on some office holder. I'am afraid that if it will happens, there is no chance to change it back quickly...

Is it legal at all? Only official court verdict can say "this is illegal" or "this is not", isn't it? One mad competitor may send some complaints and you are out of the game. :-/

Thanks for your opinions.
