I tried to download the 20 minute video yesterday...2kbs/sec (and I have a very fast connection) - WTF is that about? I'm curious about whether someone really doesn't want me to see something, or if this is just Government ineptitude (the smart money is probably on the latter).

You are right. I have tried my own connection, VPN in the us etc etc.. max I get is 250 byte per sec lol. Someone download and use their sucky dreamhost/servage bandwidth for something useful :upsidedow

Anyone know any other place to get these? Downloading seems impossible.
