Does anyone here use this company for the vid content? (feedsnow.com)

I'm trying to reach someone via their site and no one responds to demo email requests and the phone is constantly busy. Is the company still viable?

I like the idea of feeds not requiring Windoze Media or Real Player...but would like to hear from some other webmasters about their experience, etc.
