Actually, it's a good thing. I live in the Philippines and all the smoke and acid rain streaks are daily reminders of the need for ENFORCEMENT of smog emissions/controls laws. There's a HUGE divide between law on the Books and laws actually enforced. Count your blessings, bro. Clean air is a great thing to have :)
