Cobs in Nottingham
 

The cob (name of sandwiches in Nottingham) Woman who brings round drinks chrisps and cobs to our office is pretty cheap. Actually saying that see should be hear by now it's 9.40 where the bloody hell is she, i'm dying here.

Anyway she is cheap and around £1.30 for a bacon and egg cob but the quality of produce is really going down. I would even go as far as to say that she dishes up the worst cobs in the world. But hell, beggers can't be chooses.

Any way a whimped out a just bought a can of tango for 60p.

Cobs and sandwiches are different. Cobs are made with, well, cobs. Sandwiches are made with bread. Unless they have different rules oer the border in Notts.

Apparently there's a place in Draycott that does awesome cobs, at least that's what my housemate tells me and he eats them every day so he should know.
